I had a doctor's appointment today, and so far everything looks good. This baby is much more active than Sophie was at this point and the Dr. had a hard time getting the heartbeat today because the baby wouldn't hold still. Our anatomy ultrasound is scheduled for September 10(unless we have to change it because of Pat's crazy work schedule), so let us know your guesses of the gender and hopefully he/she will cooperate for the ultrasound. Sophie thinks it's a boy and regardless of the gender, the name will be Daddy Mommy Sophie Peanut Curtis. She has told several strangers about her little brother by this name, which certainly confuses those who know we don't have a baby.
In other news, we just got back from a long trip to visit family in Arizona, Utah and Idaho. I want to stick some pictures on here, but we have super slow dial-up internet still(yes it is still around)and it takes approximately forever to do anything on our blog. Anyway, we are planning to upgrade to faster internet soon, but are not sure which provider to go through...so for those of you who live close to us who do you use and do you like them?

Hey! Super Duper Congratulations!!! How are you feeling? When are you due? Etc. Etc. But...I am bummed I didn't get to see you when you came to Utah. I know you were busy but it would have been fun to get together.

I am so glad you are back, I know I have already told you congrats but I am going to tell you again:) We are just thrilled for you guys. I am going to have to go with Sophie's guess and I think it is a boy too:) I can't wait for you guys to find out. Also, we need to get the kids together sometime, my kids need their Sophie time:) Also the shirt is adorable!!!

You've got basically two options for high-speed internet in Cincinnati. Road Runner from Time Warner and Cincinnati Bell Zoomtown.
Road Runner performs better than Zoomtown but is a little more expensive.
For extra savings look at your bundling options if you already have cable / phone services, additionally maybe Pat has a discount through work though employee benefits with one of these providers.

We have time warner cable- we got the slowest high speed of the options cuz it's only 25 bucks a month- the others were like 45. and i really don't have any complaints. I think it is plenty fast- I am never waiting around for it. And that price is all on it's own- you don't have to get their tv cable service:)

Congratulations!!! That is great news! I'm so happy for you. I think it's a boy. And, Sophie, I think that's a great name.
My vote is with Sophie-I love that she wants to have a brother-that is so cute!!! Boys are great but either way will be fun. Hope you guys had a fantastic trip and can't wait to see pictures!
