Halloween

Halloween was a lot of fun this year. We decided to go with the theme of "Little Red Riding Hood" since it was one of Sophie's favorite stories when we were trying to decide Halloween costumes. I realize that our family pictures did not turn out well-we were sure having issues with getting the camera and timer just right. We took Sophie out trick or treating throughout the neighborhood and she was really great about saying "Trick or Treat" and "Thank you" at each house. At one house there were two people sitting out who were about a yard away from each other and she tried to T or T to both of them-she ended up with a lot of candy, which Pat and Soph are eating as I type away on this post. Later that night, we headed over to a neighbor's house to have pizza which was cooked in the Pizza Oven that he built in his backyard over the past couple of years! It was the best pizza that I have had in a long time and the company was great too!
