Granny and Grampa come to town

Granny and Grandpa Hillman came to Cincinnati in October for 8 days. We found a fabulous deal flying directly from Idaho Falls to Cincinnati and couldn't pass it up. We were able to do a little sightseeing early on in the week and then after my surgery, they were able to keep Sophie entertained so that I could recover. While they were here, Grandma sewed Soph's halloween costume and Grandpa helped us to fix a few things around the house. Sophie had a great time with them and misses them already. Grandpa threatened to pack her in his bag for the ride home and although Sophie didn't bring it up when they left, she brought it up the other night at bedtime and still thinks that Grandpa is going to take her to his house to play with the toys and the dog and the kitty.
