Lately Sophie has been waking us up in the middle of the night to request her blankie be put back on. Once we readjust her blanket, she easily falls back to sleep. Last night after both Pat and I had to get up to help her with her blankie , we decided that it was time for her to go through blanket training so that we can get a full nights sleep again. She and Pat spent 10 minutes this afternoon practicing. I think that Sophie just thought it was a fun game to play. We'll see tonight if it made any difference.

I hope it worked! Getting a long, uninterrupted nights sleep is so nice :)
