Over the past 24 hours, our area was dumped on by snow! At first we were told to expect 6-8 inches, but it turned out to be more like 12-15 inches! It pretty much closed everything down for yesterday and today. Pat was even able to come home from work at noon yesterday; we really enjoyed having some extra time with him! It took alot of shoveling to get it all cleared out of our driveway and we had to make sure everyone did their fair share!

We also had a little bit of time for fun. We got out the sand toys and built little castles, made snow angels and Pat taught Sophie how to throw snowballs.

Looked like Sophie enjoyed being IN the snow a lot more than my kids. They kind of froze when we stuck them in the deep stuff. I love how willing they are to help and do new things! Hope you guys stayed safe and warm :)
You updated your blog-hooray! Glad to see that Ann Arbor isn't the only place that gets dumped on. The snow is fun but I am definitely getting ready for the springtime!!!!!
