I heard a big thump upstairs about 40 minutes after I put Evan down for a nap this afternoon. Assuming it was just Sophie messing around during quiet time, I went about my business. However, a few minutes later I had to run upstairs for something and there Evan stood at the top of the stairs looking mighty proud of himself. Since he is such a climber, I knew he would climb out of his crib sooner or later, but I was hoping for later! We decided if he was going to be hopping out of his crib anyway, we may as well make it a little less of a fall. Hoping we still get some good sleep and naps from that little boy. He went down great tonight...we'll see what the rest of the night brings!
