Munkee Lost

Sophie had a dentist appt. on Monday, the same day that we spent raking leaves. As a reward for being good, the dentist gave her a token to choose a toy from the machine. She chose a burnt orange monkey, no bigger than an inch tall. After finally convincing Pat to let her jump in a monstrous pile of leaves she came up all smiles until she realized that she had dropped her teeny-tiny leaf colored monkey somewhere in the pile. Needless to say, we didn't find it. There is a sign out on our tree letting people/animals know we lost a monkey and where to return it. So far no one has offered a tip. ( I realize we need to work on writing numbers the right way.)The good news is that neither Sophie nor Evan had cavities. (But they are both getting teeth, and Sophie has two loose ones!!!)
